Most of the houses we light in Carmichael and Fair Oaks date from the 1950s through the 1980s, and most of them answer to no HOA. The associations people ask us about in Del Dayo and Carmichael Creek are voluntary groups with no say over decorations. The exceptions are small. Gated Riverwood has rules that ask for small and tasteful, and the condos at The Bluffs have written dates and quiet hours.
